About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our healthcare staffing team. As an RN, you will provide exceptional care to patients in various healthcare settings, including assisted living facilities, long-term care, rehabilitation centers, and home health environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, strong communication skills, and adaptability to work in diverse care settings.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care based on individualized care plans.
Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and responses to treatments.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
Educate patients and families on healthcare plans, medications, and post-discharge care.
Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to documentation protocols.
Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and safety policies.
Provide compassionate end-of-life care when necessary (for home health or hospice cases).
In-home care may include wound care, IV therapy, ventilator management, and patient education.
Qualifications:
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in [Insert State].
